All products are covered by a warranty in accordance with Bulgarian and EU legislation.

7. Complaints

Upon delivery, the User must inspect the goods.

Complaints are accepted in cases of:

• defects
• damage during transport
• non-conformity with the order

Complaints are not accepted in cases of:

• improper use
• mechanical damage
• unauthorized repairs or modifications

8. Prices

All prices are in Euro (EUR), including VAT and excluding delivery costs.

The Supplier reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

10. Final Provisions

Use of the website is entirely at the User’s own responsibility.

All disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.
